DIHAN Foundation Joins Iftar Programme for 800 Injured Survivors
In a meaningful gesture of solidarity and compassion, an Iftar programme was organised for more than 800 individuals who were injured during the July 2024 movement. The event was made possible through the sincere support and leadership of the Honourable Chief of Army Staff, creating an opportunity for injured survivors to come together in an atmosphere of dignity, respect, and unity.
Representatives and members of DIHAN Foundation had the honour of participating in this special gathering and meeting with the Honourable Chief of Army Staff. The programme served not only as a shared Iftar meal during the holy month of Ramadan but also as a powerful reminder that those who have endured hardship and sacrifice are not forgotten.
For many of the injured participants, the event provided a moment of recognition, encouragement, and emotional support. Beyond humanitarian assistance, such initiatives play an important role in restoring hope and reinforcing a sense of belonging among those whose lives have been profoundly affected.
DIHAN Foundation remains committed to standing beside injured survivors and their families by supporting initiatives that promote recovery, inclusion, and long-term well-being. Through collaboration, compassion, and collective action, we continue working to ensure that every individual affected by the events of July 2024 receives the care, respect, and opportunities they deserve.
