Md. Rashel Hossain is a qualified legal professional and community leader based in the United Kingdom. He holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from BPP University Law School, London (First Class Distinction, 2025), alongside an LL.M. and LL.B. from the University of Asia Pacific, Bangladesh.

A dedicated community leader, Rashel has served as Chairman of Student Life Network since 2016, Blood Donor Recruiter with Blood Donors' Network Bangladesh, President and General Secretary of the UAP Law Cultural Club, and Vice President of the Pabna Debate Society.

His dual roots across Bangladesh and the United Kingdom position him uniquely to lead DIHAN Foundation's diaspora engagement and community outreach initiatives, strengthening connections between Bangladeshi communities at home and abroad while fostering meaningful collaboration for social impact.
